In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means data that can identify a specific individual by itself or in conjunction with other information about the individual that Turing Video has access to.

By using the Turing Care Platform to connect products and services, you are deemed to have read, acknowledged and accepted all the terms described in this Privacy Policy, including any changes we make at any time. Collection of information

Collection of information

Registration account information - After you install Turing Care on your mobile phone, you need to register or log in to the Turing Care account on the APP before you can use it. When you register for a Turing Care account, you need to provide your mobile phone number and set an account password to register and log in. When you cancel your Turing Care account, we will stop using and delete the above information or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

Device-related information - related information about your smart device, including the name of the device, device model, device ID, and device location (such as bedroom).

Location information - When you use program services or functions based on location information, we may collect your geographic location information. For example: Wi-Fi access points that can provide relevant locations, Bluetooth information, etc.

Information collected by Cookies and other technologies: Turing Video's websites, online services, interactive applications, email messages and advertisements may use Cookies and other technologies such as program language tags and web page headers to collect and store your information.

Log information: When you visit Turing Video's servers, our servers will automatically record certain log information. Such server log information may include the following information: IP address, device ID information, device version number, APP version number, browser type, browser language, referral source page, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.

Mobile device unique identifier: When you first use and launch the Turing Care product application, the unique identifier of the mobile device paired with the smart camera (including device serial number, device MAC address, IMEI, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, SIM card serial number) and approximate geographic location information.

Third-party applications: Device MAC address, unique device identifier, mobile phone installed application list and other information required by third-party applications. We will only share necessary user data with third parties for the purpose of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, specificity, clarity and for the purpose stated in this policy, and with your express authorization and consent, to provide you with relevant services.

When you synchronize Turing Care product data, your data will be transmitted to your mobile device through the server.

The message push function of Turing Care APP will collect the MAC address of your device in silent/background state to ensure the normal use of the message notification function.

In order to realize the garbage cleaning and operation acceleration functions, Turing Care will request your storage permission to obtain external storage information (SD card data) to check the mobile phone CPU, memory and SD card status.

When your mobile phone plays videos and other content, in order to adapt to your device status, Turing Care will call the device's gravity, acceleration and other sensor information to identify the horizontal and vertical screen status of your device.

When you share or receive shared information, you need to access your clipboard locally, read the sharing code and link to realize the linked functions and services such as jump and share.

System permission call

System permissions such as camera, album (storage), microphone, etc. are not enabled by default. Only when you trigger the relevant business functions will we apply for relevant permissions from you through pop-up windows and obtain relevant information (if relevant). Please rest assured that the permissions we apply for are limited to those necessary to implement specific functions, and you can withdraw the authorization of system permissions at any time. If you refuse or withdraw the authorization of system permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service.

Processing and use of information

Turing Video will strictly abide by the contents of this privacy policy and its updates to process and use your information. Your information will only be used for the purpose and scope that has been determined at the time of collection and has been agreed by you. If there is any other use other than this, we will obtain your consent in advance. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

Create your Turing Care Account: Personal information collected when creating a Turing Care Account through a mobile device is used to establish the user's personal Turing Care account and profile page.

Provide Turing Care Login Connection Service: Collect information (device-related information, including device number, MAC address, device category, system and performance information, and location information such as mobile country code, mobile network code and location area code) to activate Turing Care services for user authentication and service activation.

Bind device and synchronize data: In order to synchronize data, allow the device to receive instructions, and upload data to the server (only applicable to some functions/services), we will collect account information, device-related information, and network information.

Provide location-based services: When using Turing Care, we may use location information to provide you with the correct version of the service and provide accurate location to obtain the best possible user experience, such as wifi information. You can turn off this feature at any time by going to the device settings or stopping using this application.

Provide push services: The device will send notifications based on trigger events, such as when the device detects crying, push notifications to the phone. To this end, we collect your push settings information, Turing Care account information, device MAC address, and device serial number. You can turn off the push function in the settings. To ensure that this application can normally receive the broadcast information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, this application must use the (self-start) capability, and there will be a certain frequency of sending broadcasts through the system to wake up this application to start or associate startup behavior, which is necessary for the realization of functions and services.

How users choose whether to provide information

Everyone has different concerns about privacy. Based on this, we will clearly indicate how we collect information so that you can choose how to accept the information.

You can modify the location settings of your device from the device settings, such as changing or disabling the location method or location server, or modifying the accuracy of your location information, thereby changing the location information provided to Turing Care.

You can modify the settings of your browser to refuse or accept cookies storage according to your needs, or delete them from your storage device at any time, or notify you when cookies are written.

Viewing and updating information

Log in to your account, you can view and update your information, you can also delete some information or ask us to delete your personal account, unless we must retain this information due to legal requirements.

No matter when you use our services, we strive to allow you to view and review your information. If this information is incorrect, we will try to allow you to quickly update or delete the information through various means (unless we must retain this information due to legal requirements). When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, pose a risk to the privacy of others, or are extremely impractical. We must reject requests that do not comply with the requirements of the competent authorities.

As long as we can provide you with free access to view and modify information without incurring excessive burdens. We strive to maintain our services to protect information from accidental or malicious destruction. Therefore, when you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies of this information from servers that are being calculated or operated, and may not delete the corresponding information from backup systems.

Personal Information Storage

Storage Location

In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, we will store your personal information collected and generated during operations within the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will not transfer the above information outside the territory of the People's Republic of China. However, the following exceptions apply:

(1) Applicable laws and regulations have clear provisions;

(2) Your separate authorization and consent is obtained separately;

(3) The products and/or services you use involve cross-border, and you actively provide personal information to overseas.

If we provide products or services through resources and servers around the world, this means that after obtaining your authorization and consent, your personal information may be transferred to a jurisdiction outside the country/region where you use the product or service, or be accessed from these jurisdictions.

Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws or even no relevant laws. After the retention period expires, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. When you actively cancel your account, we will process the data in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.

Information Security

We strive to protect Turing Video users to prevent the information we store from being browsed, accessed, tampered with, disclosed or destroyed without authorization. To this end, we have taken the following measures:

During your use of the APP, you can access and manage your personal information in the following ways:

(2) If you need to access or correct other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, please feel free to contact us. You can log in to the APP and enter [My-Contact Customer Service/User Feedback] to contact us. We will respond to your request within fifteen days in accordance with the methods listed in this Policy.

(II) Deleting Personal Information

You can directly clear or delete information on our product and/or service page, including non-essential account registration information such as avatars. The specific operation path is consistent with the above access or correction path.

In the following circumstances, you can ask us to delete other personal information:

(1) If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;

(3) If our handling of personal information violates the agreement with you;

(4) If you cancel your Turing Care account;

(5) If we terminate our services and operations.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entity that obtained your personal information from us and request it to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities obtain your independent authorization.

If, due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions, we are unable to delete the relevant information from the backup system immediately after you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, we will securely store your personal information and limit any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

(III) Account cancellation

You can apply to cancel your account. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and according to your requirements, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. If you need to cancel your Turing Care account, you can cancel your account through the APP client [My-Personal Information-Cancel Account], or contact customer service to request cancellation of your account. We will verify your identity and provide you with account cancellation services within fifteen days in accordance with the relevant rules and procedures for account cancellation.

(IV) Change/Withdraw your consent or authorization

In the APP, you can withdraw your consent and authorization to us in the following ways.

(1) You can withdraw your authorization and consent to the Turing Care APP by going to the local "Settings->Permission Management->Turing Care" on your mobile phone and entering the permission management interface for your authorization to Turing Care.

(2) Turn off the relevant function or unbind the smart hardware device through the functional description of "How we collect, process and use information" in this policy. Turning off means withdrawing the authorization corresponding to the function.

Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent and authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

(V) Obtaining a copy of your personal information

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. If you need to obtain a copy of your personal information collected by us, you can contact us at any time. Turing Care's products and services are mainly for adults. We do not use age identification as a prerequisite when providing products or services to users, but the nature of our products and/or services requires that you should be an adult with full civil capacity. You further agree that for the purpose of providing you with this service and related functions, Turing Video may collect, use, transmit, process, maintain and use information related to your account, as well as information related to any device or computer registered under the account.
